Introduction:

This training program is tailored for leaders and senior executives of corporations and enterprises.

During the course, participants will be provided with comprehensive knowledge and guidance on developing real estate projects in strict accordance with Policy & Legal procedures. This includes strategic planning, land development, preparation, and execution of project permitting processes for investment approval. The course also offers insights into Project Advocacy through both official and unofficial channels, as well as equipping participants with the ability to identify, prepare for, and comprehensively manage policy and legal risks during the execution of real estate projects.

Upon completion of the training, participants will be capable of developing real estate projects in full compliance with current legal regulations, effectively advocating through various channels to expedite project execution, and managing policy and legal issues and risks throughout the project implementation.
