The Online module provides participants with foundational knowledge of the legal framework, state management, and the process of executing real estate projects. The Offline module applies this knowledge to real-world scenarios, allowing participants to practice due diligence and legal evaluation of Land, Zoning, Construction, Capital Mobilization, and Real Estate Business aspects of projects.
Upon completing the course, participants will be able to comprehensively evaluate a real estate project from a legal perspective, supporting activities such as Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), financing, and capital mobilization through real estate.
