The Lai Hung Commercial and Service Urban Area is a large-scale project situated at the entrance of Ben Cat City, Binh Duong province. The extensive project has undergone a prolonged period of over 20 years to finalize procedures, facing numerous legal challenges related to investment, land, and planning.
Since 2022, FIIVN has acted as the comprehensive legal consultant for the project, providing support to the investor in resolving longstanding problems across various fields. As of September 2024, the project has largely overcome these challenges and has been granted a Construction Permit for Phase 1, covering an area of 30 hectares.
It is anticipated that in the second and third quarters of 2025, the project will launch thousands of real estate offerings to the market, including land, townhouses, villas, and commercial real estate. All of these offerings will come with legally sound documentation in compliance with regulations, thus contributing to the growth of the real estate market in Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province.
