He has extensive experience in managing construction investment projects from the preparation phase to completion and handover, having played various roles such as Construction Engineer, Consultant, Project Manager, Legal Advisor, and Project Developer. Mr. Nghia specializes in in-depth legal and policy issues throughout the entire process of real estate project development.
